1. When will my order arrive?
We ship every business day, Monday to Friday, usually within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment.
All orders are sent from Spain with DHL and GLS.
On average, delivery within the EU takes about 3 to 5 business days.
Every order is carefully packaged before it leaves us.
2. I paid and didn't receive a confirmation immediately.
Payments are made by bank transfer. As soon as the funds are credited to our account, you automatically receive a confirmation e-mail. If you pay over the weekend and the transfer hasn't cleared yet, you may not get the confirmation until Monday morning.
3. Which kratom is the best?
Every kratom has its own character and is specific in its own way. If you have no experience with kratom yet, a great starting choice is a green kratom such as Green Maeng Da.

Yes. We order our kratom at regular intervals to ensure the highest possible freshness, quality and aroma.
6. Where do you get your kratom, what country does it come from?
We have been importing kratom directly from Indonesia since 2017, straight from the source.
7. How should I store kratom?
Room temperature and darkness are ideal.
8. How can I use kratom?
Unfortunately, current regulations do not allow us to describe kratom and its uses in detail.
9. Is your kratom chemically modified in any way?
No, our kratom is all-natural.
